Yeah it went straight over my head since I only played TF2 briefly like a decade ago and I've seen this ridiculous stuff from these people unironically.
No, but you see, it's not just any black character, it's a RANDOM black ones you know? Because black characters are exclusively introduced into stories per personal Soros request, and with the only purpose of crushing white people in this godforsaken Europe/America that we live in right now where politics are EVERYWHERE. A RANDOM black character in my game is POLITICAL, it deviates from my perceived NORMAL which is white characters who are obviously APOLITICAL.
Also, the character that literally serves as the game's mascot is a plus for fat acceptance
and slavic excellence
And now they are coming to fuck US!

He always has prosthetic arm, he just hides it under glove by default

I'd say only Spy and Heavy have particularly strong cases for not being ND.
I'm pretty sure this is the bit but who knows with internets

There's one glaring issue with TF2 wich is obviously the lack of women, but it still is at its core a chaotic queer caricature of WW II.
And that would be absolutely horrifying and a sign of civilization collapsing, compared to the wholesome RETVRN of 
: "The all-American patriot is also portrayed as a blithering idiot comic relief character too! Yeah, they're all comic relief, but it's only non-SJWy if white men are exempt!"
