Sad thing is that this needs a quick response, and that's not happening.
Funny they don't train cops to stop rich people crime that needs quick responses, just poor people crime that needs quick responses.
The people who "support law enforcement" also want to defund the IRS and other regulatory agencies.
It's why wage theft is the most rampant, unenforced crime in America.
It will take weeks to move forward, by then the election is over and certified by the House. Musk gets what he wants, justice isn't done in time, and even if it gets to the courts, the courts are bought and sold to the highest bidder on lawyers.
Laws are for poor people.

Just donated an extra $500 to the Harris campaign.
I know it's a drop in the bucket compared to the $75 mil Musk is pumping into Trumps campaign but given I'm nowhere near a swing state I don't know if there's much else I can do to combat this.
Making sure all of your friends and family have a voting plan and offering transportation to polls is probably a better way to help.

Seems like they are operating in now or never mode. Amy crime committed won't matter if trump wins. Looks like we didn't place any meaningful deterrent for things we learned in 2016 and 2020.

Man I wish he would just... do something? Anything? Trump is running without issue despite being a criminal. Several fascists are colluding and acting if they win or lose.

Between Merrick Garland and John Roberts history is going to look back as this is a period of extreme corruption. Not since the late 1800s has America had this kind of blatant and exposed corruption, which is fitting because that's the exact period of time Donald Trump in his ilk want to return America to.
2 months from now: so-and-so government official says we need to investigate the people investigating Musk. He also put out a crowdsource call to find a bank that could cash a billion-dollar check.
