Labor and the Coalition have had a stronger response to this handful of flags and posters than they have to Israel killing 20,000+ kids.

Whats the issue for Labor here, are there really that many people in Aus that blindly side with Israel that its electorally suicidal to come out and say, 'we're with the rest of the world'? If so, then we should look at ourselves.

It's because we've hitched our wagon to the U.S. and we're not allowed to say or do anything that'll piss them off. It'll only get worse with AUKUS, and arguably that's the point of it - to lock us in to dependence and obedience to the U.S.

They're scared of being labelled as 'weak on National security', 'weak on terrorism' and 'antisemitic' by the coalition.

Lol, like anyone would take Dutton seriously if he tried to label anoyher party as bigoted. He already tried and failed. Unfortunately, labors .isguided support for Israels awful policies and genocide will alineate more voters and were already seeing disaffected youth increasing right wing support worldwide.

That's because a 5 eyes anti-Israel political revolt could result in trillion dollar losses for the military industrial complex, surveillance capitalism, and oil industries.

The most powerful corporations on Earth want a new war and new generation of terrorists to increase profits. Peace is bad for business, and major political parties represent capital; not the citizenry.

Better deport all the Zionist visa holders then and include Zionism in any list of 'radical ideologies of conflict'.

Next there’ll be a bipartisan bill to bring back the Howard-era sedition laws, complete with anti-boycott provisions. Only the Greens and perhaps the Lambioids will vote against it.

In this time of genocide it's important that we focus on the core issue: a minority of protestors being outright racists.

If even one Australian feels uncomfortable or is put at risk of violence then that is too far, and the sacrifice of the entire people of Palestine is not a sacrifice too large to prevent that.
