NATO losing Turkey would be a big loss, but I doubt it will happen.

I expect NATO itself is living on borrowed time at this point. Now that the proxy war against Russia failed, the US will refocus on Asia. Without the US commitment, the whole scheme is going to quickly come apart.

If NATO loses in Ukraine and then tries to pivot to the Middle East and helping Israel, that might just be enough to drive Turkey away

Especially if the EU admits the Ukrainian rump state and still doesn’t admit Turkey, the insults and white supremacy will be too much to conceal.
