West Point Best Point IMO. Tons of great resources and loot. Close to Valley Station and Louisville. The American Tire is very useful for fixing up a trailer and a sweet ride. I like basing up in the three mansions or the hardware store apartment thing near the servo in the center of town.

Tell that to to person in front of me throwing up the whole time and the guy behind me who smells like a hoagie.

Huh.. that will not smell in the slightest lol. I guarantee most of the people on the plane will be carrying around a scent stronger than that box of snack foods.

Still new, but finding my bearings.

Apocalypse base settings, bites only, insane pop, insanely rare loot for all categories except nature's abundance (for foraging), two hour days, and go as trigger happy as I can manage, never staying put for too long. Guns with 6+ aim are insanely good IMO. Also I kite zomboids away when I need to rest lol. It feels epic to kite a hoard in the hundreds.

Also, for mods I only really use the spawn mods. Like, spawn in a random building on the map. I think it is called Pillow's Spawns. I love spawning in the area between West (Best) Point and Louisville. Gives me two great directions.

I don't have a dog... is it normal to smell your dog's feet? That seems strange to me.

[–] owatnext@lemmy.world 20 points 2 weeks ago (10 children)

what...

Why was veganism anywhere near terrorism? Veganism and terrorism do not belong in the same sentence unless "is not" is between them.

Some languages, like Spanish, use a sentence structure that places adjectives after the subject, so IA works in many languages. "Inteligencia artificial" or IA in Spanish.

So wait. It isn't normal to sneeze when looking at bright lights? Oh cool IG. Hope I don't need eye surgery.

That's a great idea!

Wait until you hear about Doggerland.

That's a debate that transcends culture. Some cultures say there are seven, some say six, and yet others say five.

I need to print a discontinued part for my car, I have an .stl file for the part, I just don't have a 3D printer. It's a speaker mount.

What online print service have you used that you can recommend? Thank you!

Edit: located in the US.

Basically title. I have a GOG copy, so I don't gave access to the Steam workshop and am wary of using a random downloader. Nexus only has a handful of mods and I am interested in none of them.

I appreciate any help.

Edit: Apparently the mobile version of the Nexus site only showed me five mods. I looked on my laptop and am now seeing a whole eight pages. Sorry!

Looking for a FOSS SMS app that is fully compatible with Android 14. I've had issues with finding one, I used to use (I think) QKSMS, but it started to crash when I upgraded to LOS 21. Now I just use the LineageOS SMS app, I think it is AOSP messages.

What SMS apps do you use? No required features. Scheduled texts are nice, though.

I believe this is by Costa Kassab. Not sure.

Hello!

I was unsure where to post this question, but I figure that this community is as good of a place as any.

I am looking for wireless mouse suggestions. I currently use a Lenovo ThinkPad Bluetooth mouse "MOBTC9LA". It is fine and serves its purpose, but it is horribly small and uncomfortable as well as wasteful in regards of using AA batteries.

My basic requirements are wireless and preferably rechargeable via USB C, but micro USB is okay if USB C isn't available. I would also prefer if it were Bluetooth. I see a few listed online, but I was hoping for a real human suggestion as opposed to sifting through paid off and fake reviews.

Thanks in advance for any guidance!

I just started the game a few days ago. I have "found out how I died" a lot, but it's fun.

I have a question however: where can I find non tap water? I get lost easily, the map is hard to follow, and I keep dehydrating in the forests when my bottles run empty. I understand I will have to purify it from a fire or something.

Also, how do I eat the wood glue I keep finding in sheds? It looks so tasty.

Sometimes when I am scrolling through a comment feed, I somehow make this dialogue pop up and it seems to involve comments with links in them. I don't like it and I don't know how I am making it happen, it just gets in the way.

Long short, how do I make it stop or disable it entirely? It happens very often.
