Is there any privacy-friendly way to use Facebook on iOS?

No. Not on any platform.

It's not legal, it's about enforcement

It's legal also. There's an official homeopathic exception in medicine. For those who don't know what that is, imagine taking 1ml of something (it doesn't have to be medicine) and diluting it to 1% in a gallon of water and then taking 1ml of that and diluting it to 1% in another gallon of water, and repeating that ten or twenty or more times. That's homeopathic "medicine", it's hokey bullshit and it gets a legal pass.

Mine is factory unlocked, not a carrier specific model, yet I still don't have access to the FM tuner inside. It's better but still fucked with.

Literally none of that makes sense. 5/7

Do you not understand how the software on your phone gets there? The manufacturer makes a release and the carriers have it modified to their own spec, often disabling or removing things.

Elon sucks his own dick enough, he doesn't need you to help.

Yes, it's ancient.. 2.3.5. I got it working again but it wouldn't charge. Plugging it in would turn it on automatically but then that's it. Changing it to the correct time and date suddenly made it start charging like normal. I don't recall that being a thing, is it just an oddity or am I forgetting something that was common?

For those curious what I'm going to do with it, I have no Idea. I rooted it long ago but it's so out of date now I'm not sure what it even could be used for practically beyond as a glorified mp3 player.
