My faith in lemmy users actually replying to facts and informative posts like this without some type of online emotional outburst or downvotes is pretty much nil at this point.

This really seems to be an issue solely for OP.
Lemmy is seeming more and more like a collection of useful idiots farming cynicism every day.
Up to this point, I don't think the problem has been messaging for the Liberals, it's that they have largely ignored housing as an issue for way too long and are struggling to respond effectively.
Important to note that there are many more reports that a decision has yet to be made.
Human rights issues are a distraction to you, we can see that from your low-effort copy-and-paste comments, great, but they're not for a whole lot of people.
Not too tack to hard the devil's advocate side of things but if you're expecting morals from a business, that's a you problem. I can appreciate the point you're trying to make but still kind of a senseless comment.
A strong economy is great, but not at the expense of even a middling quality of life for those within it.
