After everything that has happened, I find it unreal that the orange actually has a 50-50 chance of getting reelected. There's something seriously wrong with this country.

Also a very interesting run style.

There is one candidate who is a lot more serious than the other. Maybe not serious enough, but still more serious.

Maybe care because it's one of the largest voter groups in the Republican Party and 80 percent of them vote Trump?

I wonder how many will vote for conservative candidates who do not care about the climate crisis or choose not to vote. My guess is quite a few. Unfortunately.

Yeah, everyone has their own interpretation of the Constitution these days. They'll "uphold" whatever version of the Constitution their own interpretation allows.

I think, at best, this interview is a non-event. It's not going to make a difference with conservatives and it's not going to make a difference with her own base. Probably not for independents either. The biggest win is probably that she can say she did it, and Trump is too afraid to do the same.

"Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene's (R-Ga.) repeated social media claims that humans can control the weather — in the midst of a series of deadly hurricanes — is too much for some of her colleagues to handle."

"Unlike the 2020 election, when Republicans opposed pandemic-related changes such as expanded mail-in voting, both parties are encouraging new rules to help people vote.

One possible reason for the GOP's change of heart: In North Carolina — a swing state that's particularly key to former President Trump's pathway to victory — 8% of eligible voters are in counties impacted by Hurricane Helene. Those include many voters in rural, Republican-leaning areas."
