Any nuclear adoption is good news. This WILL help destigmatize them and help reduce cost by production at scale. Overall, while it's extremely questionable, depending on how many companies get on board it could be net positive
Anti heros don't function all too well in reality most of the time
Tbf 11,000 members is completely unpleasible. Nothing would get done, even more so than now, because they couldn't communicate properly with one another. The infrastructure required for it would be impressively large as well
