It kinda reads like she’s gonna beat you upside the head so she can win the case easier or something…
I’m pretty sure that the bat is photoshopped in. Her hand position doesn’t look like it’s actually holding anything.

Saw this last year when i went to san francisco. They also had a lot of auto accident firms getting advertised on the tv.
Her ads are EVERYWHERE in Southern California now.
