Honestly, just use whatever's the biggest noctua sp3 cooler you can fit in your case. The noctua's do a good job, are designed for the sp3 heatspreader, and as long as it ain't throttling, you ain't losing anything

Just stick with air
I've used both Noctua U14s and Be Quiet Dark Rock coolers with no issues
I've had more issues with making sure there's enough airflow over the VRMs than cooling the actual processors
