I hope it is ok to mention here, I recently found another like Vampire Survivors for Android. Twilight Survivors. It is free with paid DLC. The only ads I have seen, I had to go out of my way to view. After viewing, you receive in game currency you can use for the paid DLC
Unfortunately, I can't recommend this one. The gameplay is fine, but nothing special. There are too many mobile mechanics trying to get real money for my tastes. I still appreciate the post, it was worth a try at the least
Holocure on steam is a pretty fun/free one.

Did you ever play Magic Survival? I played it a few years ago (before Vampire Survivors) and enjoyed it, it says it has ads and microtransactions but I don't remember seeing any.
I can't remember if I have already played it or not, but I have it installed. I appreciate the recommendation
