doesn't fix a lot, but it makes the day better

i am a total hypocrite btw i have absolute shit sleep but there is a notable difference between good sleep and bad sleep

I get 8-12 hours of sleep with very rare exceptions and am still always tired 🫠

getting a sleep study done this week to see if i have Sometimes My Body Forgets To Breathe While Asleep syndrome. 🤞

it's taken years to get to the point where i have health insurance that makes that possible. i'm so fuckin ready
