Political compass memes use four quadrants (and colors) to represent different broad political views. In this case, sexually-related.
Top-left is 'authoritarian left', with a guy with a Stalin mustache and a cap with a Soviet symbol informing their comrade that they will be on the bottom.
Top-right is 'authoritarian right', with a woman resembling the 'tradwife' meme saying that she only does missionary (position).
Bottom-left is 'libertarian left', with a conveniently censored consensual trans furry kink orgy.
Bottom-right is 'libertarian right', with a formally dressed man sobbing about how being attracted to underage girls isn't really pedophilia, but ephebophilia - a distinction that matters very little to anyone who isn't a creep.
All of these jokes are associations each of these quadrants have developed over the years.
