I'm not the first person to say this, but why not Mastodon? Why give control to another billionaire?
Being centralized was kinda the whole point of Twitter. The problem people have is much less to do with the basics of how Twitter works and solely with
and the changes he’s made
The only thing that surprises me is that Twitter (Sorry, X the everything app) has held on this long. At least set something up to auto post your posts on both while you transition over, but moving to BlueSky should be everyone’s obvious goal with the cesspit Twitter is now.
