I have one. Works fine on a 50m2 floor

I don't see the benefits of a "dumb" robot in a 50m² floor. In that scenario it's easier and more thorough to clean by hand.

I want my robot to be able to quickly and efficiently clean one specific room or a series of rooms in the order I want.

My dreame with valetudo can do this, is integrated into my home assistant and can even wipe the floor

Yeah mine can wipe too. I run it overnight, works wonders. Just switch it on and let it do its thing
