Da wäre ich mir nicht so sicher. Bei Neueinstellungen sind Unternehmen viel eher bereit mehr zu zahlen. Deswegen würde ich Jobwechsel auch nicht als Sondereffekt bezeichnen. Das ist in gewisser Weise Teil der Gehaltsverhandlungen.

Job wechseln ist die größte Macht, die du als Arbeitnehmer hast. Wenn du die nicht aus spielst, kriegst du keine entsprechende Gehaltserhöhung. Mein alter Arbeitgeber hat von sich aus das Gehalt um 5% erhöht.

Solche Leute gibt es natürlich auch. Aber ich glaube es läuft eher auf neoliberale Politik hinaus. Die Politik hat sich zu viel um die Reichen und die Wirtschaft gekümmert und jetzt sind die Leute wütend. Leider sind sie halt auch rassistisch und deshalb verfängt der billige Populismus - obwohl die AfD noch neoliberaler ist, als die anderen Parteien.

Yeah, the main issue is migration (here in Germany). And I believe propaganda is also a factor. People are bombarded with bad stories about migrants, but also about the government. This includes tabloids and social media of course. But also the conservative opposition. They are always talking about the government as if it was the worst in German history, when in reality it is not so different from their previous one.

Btw. the reasons why people vote for extremists are not smart. They are emotional. AfD voters tend to be less educated and porer.
