My current job is just now kicking on RTO for no good reason, so I've found the best upgrade path of all:

Leaving.

Then they basically fired her from what was a lucrative job "for her safety."

No punishment occurred for the shithead that assaulted her or the shitheads that minimized the attack.

Dude had both mountain view and waterfront property in Los Angeles.

Man should have just kicked out a wall panel and got himself a nice glass of lemonade.

Okay, so they got the game "somewhat working" live? Well, that's something I guess.

I guess that explains why the commentor above posted a pre-recorded video instead of the actual live video that undermines his argument that the game is nearly done.

Whatever works for you.

Personally, I have none of the above issues with Unlock origin. Its deeply tunable, so after adding a few lists past the default, it stops all the above.

Yup. It's an old and indeed legitimate tweet.

The Seattle bike blog post goes into it, but basically the "no" voters are being disingenuous by calling the renewed levy both a "huge waste of money" and saying "it doesn't do enough."

Their primary complaint is that "the food is terrible, and the portions are too small."

It can't be both, so I don't read it as earnest disagreement. If they want a bigger levy to do more, they can vote for this one, and push for another one next election season. Killing this one, and then pretending that after a small levy fails that somehow a much larger, "perfect" levy will be put up to vote later and pass? Not likely, and obviously so.

Nah, that's just people pretending to care about safe bridges/roads/sidewalks/bike paths, but who actually just care about their pocket books. They want to use "perfect" to prevent "good," in a very cynical way, and I don't find that compelling.

I'm not sure if you're obtuse or trolling, but here we go:

Party A, a shithead trying to buy votes in a way that is unique in our democracy, does shitty behavior.

Party B, a group of satirists and comedians, doubles down and repeats the shitty behavior while jumping up and down with cymbals and horns, calling out the person who started it and the fact that it may not be illegal. Party B is engaged in performance art to raise an issue.

Party A then escalates the shitty behavior with more money and a new lottery twist. This escalates the shittiness to new levels, hereto unseen in our nations history.

Party B, the satirists, having made their point initially, do not engage in any new satire.

Clear? The person who starts doing something shitty and then makes it shittier is indeed shittier than the people outright mocking that behavior by imitating it and loudly shouting about how shitty it is.

Put another way:

Nazis marching down a street and chanting are shitty. Clowns, playing tubas and doing cartwheels in makeup around the Nazis to make them look even more stupid, are not shitty even though they too are marching and making noise.

Intent matters. Musks is to steal an election through outright bribery. CAH intent is to raise the profile of this bribery, to make it an issue that has to be addressed.

Agree that cards against humanity, in direct response to Musk's action, are using donations to point out how fucked up it is that the richest man in the US is trying to buy votes? Yes.

Agree that musk escalated his attempt to buy votes again? Yes.

Here's a deep breakdown by the Seattle bike blog:

“With fewer financial resources available, SDOT will focus on capital project delivery for existing work and commitments made in the levy,” the budget overview notes. “Less will be spent on maintenance and preservation of assets (roads, bridges, transit, pedestrian and bike facilities), while innovations and system enhancements will be delayed to a future time when more resources are available. This slowing of maintenance and asset preservation work will affect transportation safety, mobility of goods and services, and climate and environmental goals.”

The expiring levy has provided $103 million per year, and the only way to craft a budget without that $103 million is to slash pretty much everything.

TL;DR:

Without the levy, the current miniscule budget for fixes/improvements will be cut in half. Every major policy promise will basically die, and the bare minimum will be way more bare.

15 min or 6 min intervals are common. Both divide evenly into 60 minutes.
