It's been a long time since I gave Sony money, but if they did release Bloodborne on PC I would buy it on day one. It seems like emulation will be a reality before that.

How does the home zone work?

For me location service eats my battery up - can't last a full day with it on.

Never said they were lol

At home I want wifi on, and away I want it off. This saves battery so it's not constantly looking for wifi networks.

I could achieve similar with location service turned on all the time, but that drains battery even more.

Since cellular data is always connected to some cell tower nearby, and Tasker is able to identify the cell tower names, I used the ones near my home as flags to indicate "I'm close to home, therefore turn on WiFi because I'll be home soon". And turn it off when I leave my neighborhood.

I feel the same way about Steam. My discovery queue is useless. Similar games section is decent, but it tends to be the same few games I'm already aware of. Just randomly browsing has been the best way to find new things.

Bleak Sword DX

I got stuck on a tough boss for a while, so I replayed some earlier levels to level up my character. We're back in business. It didn't even feel like a grind since each area/battle is short and gameplay feels great. Maybe 15 minutes to get the 2 level ups I needed. I'm enjoying the steady increase in difficulty and how new enemies are introduced. The game does a good job of making you assess the situation and use the techniques available to overcome it. There's even some fire/environmental hazards that can be used to your advantage.

Fae Tactics

Also got stuck on a (boss?) fight, so I took some time to rearrange my party and spells to get some better elemental synergy and buffs and it worked! Definitely feels rewarding and, well, tactful.

It's easy, just stop paying rent and eating.

9 is one of the best. Not sure what you didn't like about 8, but 9 feels a lot more true to the older games imo.

I love them. FFIX was the reason I got a Playstation (2). To me, VI to X + Tactics were peak. I had a hard time finishing the older ones even though they were decent, but from VI forward it seems like they put a lot of thought into the characters.

I own FFXIII AND XIII-2 but didn't get more than 5 minutes in thanks to the battle system. One day I'll give them another try.

I really like the trope of a secret island in a corner of the world map.

I used it to identify the cell towers near my home and turn wifi off when I was out of their range and back on when I was in range. It seemed to help save battery by not constantly looking for wifi networks and I didn't have to remember to turn it off and on manually.

They have it all figured out - except for when to use "an" instead of "a"

I'm learning as I go. Proud of getting some interaction with the environment working. Still lots of bugs to sort out, especially player and camera movement!

I always wanted to try this game when I was a kid. When checking out reviews on Steam I noticed someone mention that Sega was giving it away for free for their 60th anniversary (a few years ago), and that website is still up and running. Long story short, I tried it and it works. Replacing the localhost part of the URL was necessary as the screenshot mentions.

Among some friends I seem to be the odd one out who doesn't like heat and the sun. To me an overcast fall day, 10C is perfect. Rain is welcome if it does not overstay its welcome.

Found some in the woods yesterday and looked them up. Apparently the fruit is very tasty, resembling Starburst. Have you tried it?

I tried a tiny taste and it was pretty neutral, not "grassy" at all. Might work well in a salad.

I didn't take any home since there was not much there and I'm not 100% sure on the ID.
