Think weight classes in boxing and the ranking of within them. It doesn't need to be so

Yeah like Street Fighter. Which of course the Gamer(TM) types have no problem with when they play with a girl character... But put a trans woman in there an all of a sudden they explode.

They just need to combined all sports and make them genderless. In cases like boxing just go by weight class, since they do that for men and women's leagues anyways.

This whole struggle session has made it crystal clear that the west is pretty much guaranteed to descend into fascism. A lot of people basically seem to knee-jerk dismiss concerns people have about being in the friend zone, and without a legitimate leftist response to this, tons of alienated young men are going to find their way to reactionary figures and basically become the foot soldiers of fascism. There needs to be more concrete help for these alienated guys other than saying "it's all capitalism's fault that you feel that way" or saying "oh you even mention the friend zone? tHaT mEaNs YoU'rE aN iNcEl!" I mean yes capitalism has really alienated us and commodified dating but that's not gonna help the lonely guy who gets rejected all the time other than in an intellectual way. Also telling him that "you should just be content with life" is also not helpful either. I mean yeah you can be all Buddhist about it but would you say that to other disenfranchised people as well? "Hey sorry about the discrimination but it's better to just be content with life." Is this what an AES nation would do? Sounds like some idealist western shit rather than a principled materialist approach that takes into account the realities on the ground. The USSR industrialized, developed, and got rid of cyclical famines. China lifted millions out of poverty. They didn't just say "it's capitalism's fault that you're homeless" and then just leave it at that, they actually did concrete stuff. There needs to be concrete action done to deal with this issue other than mockery/dunking or simple platitudes like "hey just be yourself and be content."

Anyways, like I've said before, the west is doomed.

Socialism has all the power on the State with no or little room for individuals themselves to make their businesses and companies, companies that'll thrive will be friends with the king and create a monopoly in that country.

China has tons of small and big businesses and it's still socialist.

Maybe for themselves but they sure do cause injury and death to others. And besides, most officer on the job deaths are from eating too many donuts and getting cardiac failure (which pretty much all the "death on the job" stats for police conveniently avoid mentioning)

Idk may just be my personal experience but I've never heard anyone irl say anything close to as weird about geopolitical stuff or communism as I've seen from liberals since federation.

Back when the SMO started in early 2022, I was hanging out with some ppl IRL and one of them just blatantly said "they should just take him [Putin] out" (as in assassinate him). And this was at a milquetoast event where geopolitics wasn't even the reason we were there (it was a trivia night). So yeah even irl normies have some pretty warped views. Another guy I know just blatantly repeated the "China is buying up all the farmland in the US" nonsense...

This isn't, and I'm not endorsing, a doomerist position for communists in the imperial core. A better world is possible, and we should do what we can to defend our comrades at home from rising fascism and support our comrades abroad on the periphery.

With regards to this, I literally was talking to a woman the other day who readily admitted things like: how behind every successful man there are countless women who do unpaid emotional labor, how companies are taking in too much in profit for no reason, how companies will cynically shield themselves from criticism by appointing a POC ceo, etc. etc. She even said that workers should get a share in the profits of the company. I jokingly responded that her idea sounded kind of like socialism, and she immediately replied, "no it's not socialism, I believe in capitalism, just not with so many excesses." And this is a black woman who fully understands intersectionality, the problem of corporations, etc. So I'm a little doomer not just online, but IRL as well...
