That’s exactly what leftists are. The left is liberal. The right is conservative.

I love that they chose a term to further muddy the waters between conservatives and liberals.

I hear neoliberal and I think, “huh, is the a new liberal?” Nope. It’s the exact fucking opposite.

Total, not concurrent. And that makes sense considering how many different ways this game was bundled and given away.

And this selfish, self-centered, thinking is exactly why everyone is fucked, including my gene entire pool and yours. But hey, you “got yours”.

This “capitalistic society” is and always has been unsustainable. Any elementary school student can look at the system and say, “how can something grow forever? That doesn’t make sense”. And you explain, “it can’t, but there is something that grows forever in nature; it’s called cancer. And it kills the organism.”

I’ve read the famous lottery post enough times to know the major bullet points to follow after winning (not that I’ll ever win, because I don’t play the lottery):

  1. Don’t tell anyone.
  2. Go to your nearest big city and hire a partnered lawyer in trust & estates from one of the big national law firms. Look them up on martindale.com, apparently.
  3. Decide how you want to split your winnings and have your new lawyer handle the distribution.
  4. Yada yada, typical personal finance investing advice (good to follow even without a lottery).
  5. Live off the returns/interests earned.

People don’t remember what pc gaming was like before Steam. Between the reviews, discussions, guides, workshops, achievement and playtime tracking, friend functionality, and shopping options (gifting, wishlist, instant return, etc.), Steam was, is and remains to be a fucking god send. I wouldn’t be pc gaming right now if it wasn’t for Steam.

I think the issues and harassment she faced were very real, and are all very serious complaints.

But calling a job stressful where you had to make six social media posts a day and two fluff videos a week? I mean…
