You might like Treesheets, but you're not going to be able to edit it on mobile with it. You'd have to save as HTML to view. It's a grid-based editor that I use for stuff like this.

Please put an NSFW tag on this. I was on the train and when I saw this I had to start furiously masturbating. My impression of Reddit and Reddit mods was that everyone was inexperienced, childlike, and toxic. Lemmy, so far, seems like a more mature audience. I rather like the Reddit subreddits moving to their own community, separate from what has been created in Lemmy already. I do not wish to have the Reddit experience over here. I stopped using Reddit for a reason.
