In elections where the winner is 50%+1,

US popular vote elections aren't 50%+1, though. Whoever has the most votes wins, regardless of percentage.

Not a lawyer, probably depends on context.

Who the hell would change their vote from Harris to Stein based on an endorsement from a former Ku Klux Klan leader?!

I'd rather watch the recap than manually skip around through a previous episode. And if the recap leaves me confused then I'll looks at the last episode.

Yeah if this isn't a step on the path to "connect your phone to this [usb-c|thunderbolt|whatevs] dock and you get a full desktop OS, I'm not super interested.

If Proton would offer feature to send from your mailbox with external SMTP accounts, like GMails, I would sign up for unlimited.

Lucky it's got MIDI and presets. Pedals with as much versatility as this are wasted for live use without that. Also this sounds neato

Mono to stereo expansion

Great, as long as they all get out to vote!

They make the nets bigger or something?

You love to see it.

Data obtained by Just Security sheds light on exactly why Richer's filing concerned Arizona Republicans so much.

Overall, registered Republicans represented 37 percent of the voters affected by the glitch, while registered Democrats made up 27 percent and unaffiliated voters represented 29 percent.

Democratic Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes tells Just Security that the GOP's reversal on this issue shows how little they care for actually maintaining election integrity.

Enigmatic '82 Overdrive Special Amp gives you the heavenly guitar sounds of Stevie Ray Vaughan, John Mayer, Robben Ford, Joe Bonamassa, and Carlos Santana.*

Perfectly capturing rare ODS amps spanning 30 years, from 1970’s Santa Cruz designs to later iterations built in LA in the '80s and '90s, Enigmatic '82 gives you the sound of the most elusive guitar amps ever made.

Lately when I forced to login to FaceBook they will sent a WhatsApp message to my phone number, even though I don't use WhatsApp. I'd like to see if there is really an account with my number. I tried going to the web client but it seems to be requiring to pair with a device app.

Just came across this flautist using guitar pedals and it's pretty freaking awesome.

I tried to post the MP4 itself but I'm getting a "too many frames" error and can't seem to find any guidelines on video file upload limits.

Just venting here. It's a very low traffic community for a sports team, with announcements from that team's own website posted to the community. And people have to come in and vote it down. 😐

Up to one in four patients who are unresponsive after suffering serious brain injuries might actually still be conscious – indicating more patients may be aware of their surroundings than previously realized, new research suggests.

This state of 'hidden consciousness' is now officially known as cognitive motor dissociation (CMD), where cognitive (or thinking) abilities aren't connected to motor (or movement) abilities. Researchers have been looking into CMD for several years.

However, 62 percent of an additional 112 patients who were visibly responding to instructions at the bedside didn't exhibit the expected brain signals showing responsiveness – so the researchers suggest their methods still don't detect everyone with cognitive function.

Looks like the CS 11 has dropped the AC port and sag control from the 12, and it has an output to power an XP 5 or XP 8. The XP 5 and 8 drop the IEC power plugs, and have outputs to daisy chain to more XP 5/8 units. The XP 5 has SKUs for with and without a power supply, the XP 8 is only sold with a power supply.

The PRS SE NF3 is a distinct guitar in the PRS lineup. The heart of this guitar is a trio of PRS Narrowfield pickups, a first for the SE Series. Supporting these pickups is a poplar body, 22-fret bolt-on maple neck, and the choice of either a rosewood or maple fretboard. The SE NF3 is a versatile workhorse guitar that is fun to play and hard to put down. The Narrowfield DD (Deep Dish) “S” pickups are made with taller bobbins to fit more winds and extra metal pieces in between the magnets for a more focused, powerful tone.
