I once made an RCE reference on Reddit and was viciously down voted without apparent reason.

Nah it's someone's cursed creation in Cities: Skylines.

But I wouldn't be surprised if something like this showed up in LA or Houston.

I haven't played the second one yet but in the original the cars would just sort of magically know how to navigate intersections no matter how complex they are (although they become increasingly inefficient).
